"The Pieces of Conversation" project embarked on an endeavor to craft a cohesive dialogue by gathering individual fragments of conversation, stemming from the belief that there is inherent joy in the art of conversing.

From October 14th to October 15th, 2023, between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m., eight expansive monitors were stationed throughout Bupyeong Station and its underground shopping complex. These screens displayed various questions previously amassed through interviews with office workers, encompassing inquiries they had longed to pose to their peers and neighbors. Passersby were encouraged to engage, sharing their unique perspectives by scanning the QR code presented on the monitors. Their responses were broadcasted in real time, adding to the dynamic tapestry of communal dialogue.

In the project's aftermath, a commemorative book will be compiled, encapsulating the questions, spontaneous responses, initial interviews, participant feedback, and the overall journey of the project. This volume will be gifted as a token of appreciation to those who partook in the interviews and individuals who expressed interest through Instagram. Further distributions will be made available to local libraries and government bodies, spreading the echoes of shared conversations within the community.
